MRS. S's PE CLASS

 

All classes receive PE twice a week for 30 minutes each time.  During that time we run laps, do warm ups, and practice a skill based on the 7 national standards.  In September, I pretest the Fitness Gram and post test it again in April/May.  This test is based on your own ability in sit ups, push ups, sit N reach, and trunk lifts.  The PACER test (running test) is also given at these times of year.  The PACER is a favorite among students! 

My basic Expectations for students are Respect, On Task, and Positive Attitude.  Ask your student what each mean in better detail!  Their grades are based on following these 3 basic expectations and is individual to each student's abilities.
